About me
Hi, I'm William.
I'm standing to be your Member of the Scottish Youth Parliament for Aberdeenshire West.
I'm standing to be your Member of the Scottish Youth Parliament for Aberdeenshire West.
I live in Rhynie and I'm in S6.
I've been speaking up for young people since I was 11. I've been on the Pupil Council every year since S1, and I've been a Pupil Parent Forum rep since S3.
I've also written and published two books, and I've used Freedom of Information requests to get the facts on how our area is funded. Now I want to take what young people across Aberdeenshire West tell me to the people in charge.
Like loads of young people round here, I don't drive. If I want to get anywhere, it's trains, buses or walking. If you're elected to represent a place, you should be out in it, not sat behind a screen. That's what I'll do: get out across Aberdeenshire West and meet you where you are.
